DECLARATION Exhibit 6.03, No. 5 Association Services Exhibit 6.03, no. 5 shall be deleted in its entirety. All responsibility for roof maintenance, repair and replacement shall be the responsibility of the Unit Owner as further provided in the Association Rules and Regulations.
