ARC Change Requests:
Use the forms on the ARC Forms Page to request changes to the exterior of your property. Under the HOA Declaration and the approved ARC Standards ALL exterior changes require ARC approval, this includes landscaping, decks, tree removal/replacement, Toll remediation work, roof replacement, painting, sidewalks, and lighting just to name a few. The link explains the process of gathering the necessary information and submitting to the ARC.
