The purpose of the Association is to manage the Community and maintain, repair and replace the Common Facilities from assessments received from the Unit Owners.
There are five Directors on the RAP Executive Board. The term for each is two years, and the terms are staggered so that each November either two or three terms come to an end.
Our by-laws state that any homeowner in good standing may become a candidate for a position on the Board, and those Directors whose terms are expiring may run for re-election.
If you have an interest in how our homeowner’s association is run and think you might like to play a role in the process, we encourage you to consider becoming a candidate.
