Allnew residents will be required to sign the following agreement and it is posted below for your reference. This amended revised agreement is a combination of the original release agreement that all current residents signed and the previous (2020) Covid-19 Waiver Form.
At this time, the Board has no intention to require existing residents to submit this updated waiver since you should already have both the signed original waiver and Covid-19 waiver on file. However, if you have not previously signed both waiver forms, we ask that you print and sign this updated form and deliver to the Community Manager’s office.
