Speaker Policy

REGENCY AT PROVIDENCE GUEST SPEAKER POLICY

The HOA Executive Board authorizes the Social Committee or its designated sub-committee to present programs of general interest to the community featuring guest speakers from within or outside the community. Subjects and presenters must be approved by the Social Committee. Material presented shall be informational in nature. Speakers will not be allowed to use their presentation to solicit business. The sale of goods or services during the presentation is prohibited.
There is a wide variety of political positions and beliefs held by our residents. To maintain neutrality, no political or religious presentations will be permitted.
